were presented with a companion plaque for their award winning catering presentation folder and its contents by Holmes Printing manager Ron Holmes.

Holmes Printing is pleased to announce that it has been awarded The International Association of Printing House Craftsmen, Gold Award.

The Gold Award was for the “Chinook Village catering presentation folder and contents” produced for Chinook Village of Medicine Hat with the design work being done by Kick Creative Group Inc. of Bow Island formerly known as Brava Advertising and Design.
The international competition, judged at the association’s world headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is the premier competition rewarding excellence in the arts and sciences of printing and graphic design. The International Gallery draws entries from Australia, Britain, China, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland and the USA.

Awards were presented to printers in southern Alberta at special ceremonies in Calgary, October 20, 2006 sponsored by the Alberta Graphic Arts Industries Network.

Receiving the Gold Award is Holmes Printing manager Ron Holmes. The awards celebration was held in Calgary October 20, 2006.
